Ancient Egyptians Used Early Forms of Toothpaste
Recipes from papyrus scrolls describe mixtures of crushed eggshells, ox hooves, and ashes that Egyptians rubbed on their teeth. These pastes helped remove plaque and freshen breath thousands of years before modern dentistry.
